At Flymaster we value that our customers have their instruments in perfect working order. Should you have a problem with your instrument please contact us by email to support@flymaster-avionics.com. We usually respond within a couple of hours.


We have found that most issues are software related, upgrades that go wrong and these can be easily solved without having the inconvenience of sending your instrument back for maintenance.


In the case of a physical problem with your instrument, it will have to be sent back for repair. In some countries we have local distributors capable of carrying out repairs locally, and we provide original spare parts for the entire instrument. Please contact Flymaster support to find out weather your country has local support.


To send your instrument back to Flymaster please use an insured carrier. We will analyze the problem as soon as the instrument arrives and immediately send the repair cost. Because customer satisfaction is very important to us, we will only charge for spares, no labour will be charged for service. Should you not accept the repair the only charge will be carrier cost to return the instrument. When we receive your approval the instrument will be repaired and sent out on that same day.

Flymaster products are covered by a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover incorrect usage such as water damage, broken screens. Flymaster Avionics Lda will reject any claim on damage resulting from malfunction of your instrument, it is the sole responsibility of the pilot to guarantee the safe and performance of your flights.
